         Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на медикаменти, включени в ПЛС.

         Обособени позиции — не, медикаментите са групирани в 49 групи, съдържащи общо 495 номенклатулни единици. Всеки от кандидатите може да участва за 1 или повече групи медикаменти, като предложи оферта за включените в тях една или повече номенклатурни единици. Комисията ще оценява поотделно всяка една от номенклатурните единици.

         Мястото за изпълнение на поръчката е „МБАЛ „Д-р Хр. Стамболски“ ЕООД, гр. Казанлък — болнична аптека.

         Критерият за оценка на офертите е „най-ниска цена“ (чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП), който ще се прилага само по отношение на офертите на участниците, за които не са налице основания за отстраняване от участие в процедурата и които отговарят на обявените от възложителя изисквания.
