         Обществената поръчка е с 5 обособени позиции в зависимост от вида на изделията.

         Доставките по всяка една от обособените позиции ще се извършват по периодични заявки от страна на възложителя при възникнали потребности от тях и в зависимост от финансовите му възможности. В заявката ще се упоменава конкретния вид изделие, от което възложителят има нужда, както и точното му количество.

         Всяка една от заявките ще се връчва лично на упълномощен представител на изпълнителя, по пощата — чрез обратна разписка, на ръка срещу подпис, по факс или e-mail.

         Доставките да се извършват с транспорт на изпълнителя в рамките до 30 календарни дни след връчена писмена заявка до складовата база на дружеството (ПСД), намираща се на адрес в гр. Стара Загора, ул. „Войвода Стойно Черногорски“ № 53.
