         Доставка на резервни части и/или услуги по ремонт на селскостопанска техника и прикачен инвентар, предназначени за различни по вид модели и марки техника, със строго специфични технически характеристики, определящи се еднозначно от производителя. С оглед тези обстоятелства ще се използва модел и производител на съответната техника с цел определяне на конкретни резервни части и консумативи приложими за същите. Списъкът с техниката е съгласно одобрената документация и техническа спецификация към настоящата обществена поръчка, както и резервните части към тях. Изпълнението на доставките и/или услугите ще се извършва единствено и само след изрична писмена заявка за обслужване, представена от служител на възложителя, при възникнала необходимост от изпълнение предмета на настоящата обществена поръчка и при условията, посочени в документацията на същата и договора за изпълнение.
