Услугата се извършва с 1 автобус, снабден с климатична инсталация и капацитет не по-малко от 53 седящи места за пътници. В случай на възникнали неизправности по време на движение и невъзможност те да бъдат отстранени в рамките на 30 минути изпълнителят осигурява за своя сметка изправен автобус, с който извършва превоза.

Маршрутът се изпълнява ежедневно, всеки работен ден от съответния месец. Общият обем на услугата за срока на договора е пробег с дължина 128 973,60 км при 21 средно месечни работни дни
