         Предмет на настоящата поръчка е доставка на доставка на система за автоматизирано планиране, излъчване и отчет на програмите на БНТ. Поръчката има за цел разработване и внедряване на софтуер, допълнителни софтуери и хардуер и годишни лицензии за четири канала за срок от пет години.

         1. Трафик системата да бъде напълно съвместима със системата за автоматизация в многоканалния излъчващ комплекс на БНТ — ADC1000 версия 12.19.21.2. Трафик системата да запазва съвместимостта си при ъпгрейд на системата за автоматизация. Трафик системата да може да работи директно със специфичните файлови формати на автоматизацията — LST и AsRun.

         2. Трафик системата да съдържа обща база данни за всички канали на БНТ и за всички обособени функционалности на системата.

         3. Трафик системата да бъде допълнително конфигурирана съобразно нуждите на всички отдели до 12 месеца след пускането в експлоатация.

         4.Системата да бъде 100 % резервирана в сървърната си част.
