         1. а/ Първа фаза — Предварителен проект на ОУП на община Пазарджик, съдържащ:

         — Проектна документация, изготвена съгласно: действащата нормативна уредба, в т.ч. Наредба № 8 от 14.6.2001 г. на МРРБ за обем и съдържанието на устройствените планове; Планово задание за изработване на Общ устройствен план на община Пазарджик;

         — Текстови материали Доклад — анализ на съществуващото положение;

         — Графичен материал- основни териториални елементи; бъдещо развитие и устройство на територията на общината, в съответствие с Техническото предложение за изпълнение на поръчката;

         — Екологична оценка (ЕО) и Оценка за съвместимост (ОС) по чл.31 от ЗБО, съгласно становища на Регионална инспекция по околната среда и водите (РИОСВ) — Пазарджик.

         б/ Дейностите за изпълнение във Фаза І са както следва:

         Дейност 1: Изготвяне на Предварителен проект, заедно с Правила и нормативи за прилагане на ОУПО.
