         Клиника по лъчелечение на МБАЛ „Света Марина“ ЕАД, находяща се на адрес: гр. Варна, бул. „Христо Смирненски“ № 1

         
         
      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         В предмета на поръчката се включва пълно абонаментно сервизно обслужване на извънгаранционна апаратура — два броя мултимодални линейни ускорители с многолистен колиматор CLINAC IX, производство на „Вариан Медикал Системс”, САЩ, заедно с локална мрежа за обмен на лъчетерапевтична информация, модел ARIA, и система за планиране на лъчелечението, модел ECLIPSE.

         Дейностите по сервизно обслужване са, както следва:

         1. Профилактика, съобразена с изискванията на производителя на притежаваните от възложителя линейни ускорители, включващи предписанията на производителя, при спазване на разпоредбите на норм. уредба за работа с източници на йонизиращи лъчения. Профилактиката следва да се извършва най-малко веднъж на три месеца.

         2. Диагностика и отстраняване на повреди, възникнали в хода на експлоатация на апаратурата;

         3. Актуализация на софтуера и на необходимите лицензии на ускорителя и на системата за планиране.

         Доставката на резервни части не е предмет на обществената поръчка и не е включена в прогнозната стойност.
