Доставката на топлинна енергия следва да е с качество, което съответства на „Общите условия за продажба на топлинна енергия от „ЕВН България Топлофикация” ЕАД на потребители за битови нужди в град Пловдив”, одобрени с Решение на Държавната комисия за енергийно и водно регулиране и действащи към момента на сключване на договора. Пловдив, бул. „Васил Априлов“ № 100 с ИТН 1991161; гр. Пловдив, бул. „Марица“ № 51 с ИТН 1995011; гр. Пловдив, бул. „Марица“ № 51, с ИТН 1993558; гр. Договорът за възлагане на поръчката ще бъде със срок на изпълнение 5 (пет) години, считани от датата на подписването му. Предвид факта, че срокът за изпълнение е дълъг, прогнозната стойност на поръчката е ориентировъчна и няма да бъде обвързваща за страните по договора, като същевременно се прилага най-високият ред за възлагане. Посочената прогнозна стойност е базирана на потреблението за последния отоплителен сезон, съобразно с актуалната цена на топлинната енергия и отнесена към 5-годишния срок за изпълнение.
