Процедурата има за цел да осигури адекватна поддръжка на системата и при наличие на повреди в хардуера и софтуера да осигури замяната на дефектиралата техника и софтуер. Също така се изисква да се осъществява дистанционна диагностика и съпорт — 7 дни в седмицата х 24 часа на денонощие, софтуерни ъпгрейди и патчове на последни версии на софтуерните продукти, възможност за ескалация на критични за излъчването технически проблеми с цел незабавно решаване, хардуерна подмяна в аванс на всички хардуерни компоненти на системите в срок от 1 работен ден, поддръжка на SGL системи и модули.
