         Доставка на автомобилен бензин, зимен, клас „С“, минерален без биокомпоненти, съгласно чл. 50, ал. 1 от Закона за енергията от възобновяеми източници до 13 740 тона ± 0,5 % и до размера на осигурените финансови средства на ДА ДРВВЗ. Точното к-во, за което ще бъде сключен договор, се определя на база най-ниска постигната цена на тон и съобразно наличните фин. средства на в-ля. Авт. бензин следва да отговаря на посочените показатели в Прилож. № 1 към чл. 6, т. 1 от Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол. Доставката се извършва по график с ЖШ транспорт и/или по продуктовод. К-вото на горивото се опр. по масов разходомер, посочен от в-ля. Всяка партида или цялото к-во в 1 резервоар се приема след окачествяване, извършено от ф-ма за стоков контрол, опр. от в-ля. Срокът на доставка — до 12 мес. от издаване на складов запис за влог на горивото в склад, регистриран по чл. 38 от ЗЗНН.
