         Целта е да се почисти съществуващата просека от прорасналите храсти, за да се улесни достъпът до електропровода и да се подобри експлоатационното му състояние, както и недопускане на изключване на ВЕ, вследствие на намален габарит между фазовите проводници от прорасналите клони на растенията, както и недопускането на възникване на горски пожари. Трасето на електропровода преминава през планински или пресечен терен, при което достъпът е затруднен.
