    Сградата се състои от една секция с три входа (№ 11, 13, 15), на пет надземни етажа /с типово разпределение/ и един полуподземен — сутерен. РЗП — 2 724 м2.
    
    В обследването за енергийна ефективност са предвидени следните енергоспестяващи мерки:
    
    — Подмяна на 669 м2 съществуваща стара дограма с нова от PVC-профил със стъклопакети от нискоемисионно стъкло и съпътстващи СМР;
    
    — Топлинно топлоизолиране от външната страна на фасадни стени общо 2 342 м2 с експандиран пенополистирол (EPS) с дебелина 10 см и с дебелина 6 см за стени със съществуваща изолация, както и топлоизолационна система по страници на прозорци, тип XPS, 2 см и задължителни съпътстващи СМР;
    
    — Топлинно изолиране на под с експандиран пенополистирол ХPS с дебелина 8 см и задължителни съпътстващи СМР;
    
    — Топлинно изолиране на покрив с топлоизолационна система тип XPS, 8 см, полагане на ново хидроизолационно покритие, полагане на топлинна изолация от плочи от каменна вата с дебелина 6 см в подпокривното пространство.

    Жилищната сграда се състои от две блок секции — една блок секция с три входа и една блок секция с два входа — общо пет входа. Блок-секциите са пет етажни със сутерен. РЗП — 4 467,20 м2.
    
    В обследването за енергийна ефективност са предвидени следните енергоспестяващи мерки:
    
    — Полагане на топлинна изолация на външните стени от EPS с дебелина 100 mm — общо 1 531 m2 и задължителни съпътстващи СМР;
    
    — Полагане на топлинна изолация на покрива от минерална вата с дебелина 100 mm - общо 940 m2 и съпътстващи СМР.
    
    — Подмяна на стоманената и дървена дограма с PVC — двоен стъклопакет с нискоемисионно стъкло с коефициент на топлопреминаване <1,4 W/m K — 267 m2 и съпътстващи СМР.
    
    — Полагане на топлинна изолация на пода от EPS с дебелина 100 mm — общо 92 m2 и съпътстващи СМР.
    
    — Въвеждане на енергоспестяващо осветление в общи части и съпътстващи СМР.
