        Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Пловдив, ул. „Никола Карев“ № 9-15.

        Категория на строежа: според Наредба № 1 от 2003 г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи, чл. 6, ал. 3, точка 2 — жилищната сграда е строеж трета категория.

        Застроена площ: 697,66 кв. м,

        Разгърната застроена площ: 4 099,38 кв. м.

        Сградата се състои от четири входа, които имат сутерен и пет жилищни етажа.

        С обследването за енергийна ефективност са предписани следните енергоспестяващи мерки:

        — подмяна на съществуваща стара дограма,

        — топлинно изолиране на външните стени,

        — топлинно изолиране на покрив,

        — топлинно изолиране на под,

        — въвеждане на енергоспестяващо осветление.

        Обща разгъната застроена площ: 5 726,80 кв. м.

        Сградата представлява едропанелна жилищна сграда — композиция от пет отделни тела, разположени едно до друго, отделени с дилатационни фуги. Състои се от:
