        Доставка на лекарствени продукти по Позитивен лекарствен списък за нуждите на „МБАЛ — Хасково“ АД, включваща поредица от конкретни артикули -113 номенклатури, подробно описани в спецификация — приложение № 2 от поканата за участие. Предложените от участника лекарствени продукти следва напълно да отговарят на изискванията на възложителя в техническата спецификация по отношение на посочените генерично наименование, лекарствена форма, количество активно вещество и единична мярка. Количествата за всяка една номенклатура, посочени в спецификацията, са прогнозни. Възложителят не се задължава да ги закупи в пълния им обем, а съобразно необходимостта и с оглед броя пациенти. Възложителят не се задължава с минимални количества за периода на действие на договора и по отделните заявки.

Количествата за всяка една номенклатура, посочени в спецификацията, са прогнозни. Възложителят не се задължава да ги закупи в пълния им обем, а съобразно необходимостта и с оглед броя пациенти.
