         Обхв. на ОП е, както следва:

         Етап І „Изрязване на същест. растителност и изгражд. на биотехнологична подл. 10 000 м2“, вкл.:

         — третиране на насипните откоси с препарати, съдържащи естествено срещани в почвата полезни микроорганизми и активен фермент, ускоряващ развитието им,

         — третир. с орган. биоторове, предп. растенията от болести, обеззаразяване на почвата, увеличаване на растежа и предпазване от ерозия,

         — третир. с почвен стимулатор обогатен с калции, стимулиращ коренообразуването на раст.,

         — внедряв. на тор и торфен компост, стимул. растежа на раст. и подобряващи плодор. на почвата,

         — включване на тревни смески и високосухоустойчиви храсти съобразно месторастенето на терена и допълв. на ланшафта,

         — вкл. на утайки от пречиств. станции.

         Етап ІІ „Микробиологично третиране“:

         Откосите се третират с биоторове, торове, стимулиращи растежа и концентриран хумус, на 10 000 м2.

         Етап ІІІ „Микробиологична стабил-я на 10 000 м2:

         Откосите се трет. отново с биоторове, торове, стимул. растежа, и концент. хумус.
