         Целта на поръчката е осигуряване изпълнението по плана за извършване на евакуация, обезпечението на трисменния режим на работа на заетия персонал и на персонала, покриващ редовни смени, и придвижването до и от площадката.

         Извършване на специализиран автобусен превоз на работници и служители на „АЕЦ Козлодуй“ ЕАД за 3 годишен период.

         Услугата следва да се изпълни с не по-малко от 44 автобуса, обслужващи 33 линии, и минимум 10 автобуса при активиране на аварийния план на „АЕЦ Козлодуй“ ЕАД .

         За линии 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 и 28 автобусите да са минимум 24, с капацитет не по-малко от 45 места за седящи пътници, снабдени с работещи кондиционери, отопление през зимните месеци и климатични инсталации през летния сезон.

         За линии 21, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31, 32 и 33 автобусите да са минимум 20, „градски тип“, с капацитет не по-малко от 90 пътници, с осигурено отопление през зимния сезон.

         За изпълнение на задълженията при активиране на аварийния план участниците трябва да разполагат с минимум 10 автобуса „градски тип", с капацитет не по-малко от 90 пътници.
