        Жилищната сграда е с 16 надземни етажа и 1 полувкопан. Разгърната застроена площ (РЗП): 7 766,62 м2.

        В проекта за обновяване са предвидени следните енергоспестяващи и съпътстващи мерки:

        — подмяна на стара дограма на жилищните етажи с PVC дограма и съпътстващи СМР,

        — топлоизолиране от външната страна на фасадни стени и задължителни съпътстващи СМР,

        — топлинно изолиране на под, вкл. всички съпътстващи дейности,

        — топлинно изолиране с нова интегрирана топлоизолационна система ИТИС на 199 м2 по таван на покрив, граничещ с външен въздух, и всички съпътстващи дейности.

        В обследването за енергийна ефективност са предвидени следните енергоспестяващи мерки:

        — подмяна на съществуваща стара дограма с нова от PVC профил със стъклопакети от нискоемисионно стъкло и съпътстващи СМР,

        — топлинно топлоизолиране от външната страна на фасадни стени и задължителни съпътстващи СМР,

        — топлинно изолиране на под с експандиран пенополистирол ХPS с дебелина 5 cm и задължителни съпътстващи СМР,

        — тплинно изолиране на покрив с топлоизолационна система тип XPS, 8 см, полагане на ново хидроизолационно покритие, полагане на топлинна изолация от плочи от каменна вата в подпокривното пространство и задължителни съпътстващи СМР,

        — подмяна на съществуващите осветителни тела в общите части с енергоспестяващи светодиодни осветителни тела с мощност 9 W и съпътстващи СМР.

        — топлинно изолиране на покрив с топлоизолационна система тип XPS, 10 см, полагане на ново хидроизолационно покритие и задължителни съпътстващи СМР,
