        Площ — общо (надземно и сутерен): 12 630,09 м2.

        С обследването за енергийна ефективност са предписани следните енергоспестяващи мерки:

        — топлоизолиране на външните стени на сградата с топлоизолационна система, базирана на експандиран полистирен — EPS 0,100 m,

        — топлоизолиране на покривните конструкции на сградата с топлоизолационна система базирана на изолационен материал екструдиран полистирен XPS 0,100 m,

        — топлоизолиране на надземни стени на отопляем сутерен с подмяна на сутеренни прозорци,

        — подмяна на стълбищно осветление и автоматизиране на управлението му.
